摘　　要：目的 分析经尿道膀胱颈汽化电切术治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的方法和疗效.方法 对18例女性膀胱颈梗阻患者做尿动力学和膀胱镜等检查,采用经尿道膀胱颈汽化电切术加钩形电切袢切开颈口治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻.结果 18例均一次电切成功,拔除尿管后排尿通畅,无尿失禁发生.1个月后B超检查均无残余尿,尿频和最大尿流率明显改善.结论 经尿道膀胱颈汽化电切术是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的首选方法,具有疗效好、操作简便、损伤小、恢复快等优点.Objective To analyze the method and effect of the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction with transurethral vaporizable resection.Methods All the 18 cases had examined by urodynamics and cystoscopes,transurethral vaporizable resection of bladder neck and hooklike loop were used for treatment of female bladder neck obstruction. Results All the 18 cases need only one resection, urinate easily and smoothly, no uroclepsia after pull out urinary catheter. No residual urine had been found by type-B ultrasonic after one month, frequency of micturition and Qmax had improved obviously.Conclusions Transurethral vaporizable resection of bladder neck has good effect,convenient operation, tiny damnification and quick recovery. It is an effective therapeutic method for female bladder neck obstruction.
