摘　　要：空间信息基础设施是国家信息化建设的重要内容,对于环境空间信息的社会共享具有重要意义。"欧盟空间信息基础设施"的建设工作,主要任务是建立详细的欧盟自然资源账户,形成支撑资源分析与决策支持的基础数据框架;技术上,采用通行的网络服务技术,实现松藕合应用集成与分布式的数据整合;各成员国提供本国数据,一次采集重复使用。欧盟在信息系统框架、数据整合标准、共享策略、更新机制等方面的相关经验对于我国国土资源"一张图"建设具有很好的参考价值。Infrastructure for Spatial Information is a important part of our national informatization s construction that is the subject of essentials on the social sharing of spatial information.The main task of "European Union Spatial Data Infrastructure" is to establish detailed account of natural resources of the European Union,and to organize the basic data framework supporting the resources analysis and decision;as to the technical,it uses the technology to access network services to achieve the integration of l...
