摘　　要：本文在分析基层国土所对国土资源基础数据应用现状的基础上,结合第二次土地调查形成的数据库成果,提出了利用地图缓存技术和面向服务架构(SOA)技术,设计出能够被基层国土所使用,符合基层国土所业务需求的GIS应用软件。并以东台市国土资源基础数据应用系统为例,验证了设计的可行性和有效性。Based on the information of the application database of land resources practiced at the local land offices,with the second land surveying s data results,the paper proposes using the caching map technology and service-oriented architecture(SOA) to design the GIS software which could be an access to the local land offices,and answer the needs of the operations in their companies own.By the prove of Dongtai land and resources database application system as an example,the design of the software mentioned above ...
