工业区周边儿童血铅水平及其影响因素的流行病学研究

摘　　要：目的调查工业区周边儿童血铅水平,探讨血铅增高的影响因素,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法 2009年随机整群抽取儿童240名(暴露组)和远离工业区的儿童140名(对照组),比较其血铅水平及异常率,并分析其影响因素。结果暴露组血铅水平高于对照组,血铅异常率也较高;男性、住址与工厂距离近、家庭年收入高,是血铅增高的主要危险因素。结论工业区周边铅污染严重。加强环境干预、进行儿童血铅筛查和开展健康教育,是预防工业区周边儿童高铅血症和铅中毒的有效途径。Objective To investigate the level of blood lead for the children around industrial area,explore influential factors of increasing of blood lead for the disease control and prevention.Methods Totally 240 children(exposed group) and 140 children(control group) far away from the area were investigated in 2009 by random and cluster sampling method.The level of blood lead and abnormal rate were compared and the influential factors were analyzed.Results The level of blood lead and abnormal rate in exposed group ...
