摘　　要：南京第二通信枢纽工程辅楼因使用功能改变,原有的结构层无法满足使用需要,通过在板底和板面粘贴碳纤维布,保证了结构的使用安全和功能要求。Nanjing No.2 Communications Project,because of the use of functional changes in the structure of the original layer can not be used to meet the needs of the end plate and the plate by bonding carbon fiber surface,to ensure the safe use of the structure and functional requirements.
