摘  要:研究干旱胁迫下外源一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)处理对小麦幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,低浓度NO可显著提高干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性,缓解膜脂过氧化程度,随着浓度的提高,其缓解作用逐渐降低甚至加剧膜透性增加,NO调控作用具有二元性,且NO的适宜浓度存在品种差异,洛旱6号的适宜浓度为0.1 mmol/LSNP,郑麦9023则为0.5 mmol/L SNP,即抗旱性强的适宜浓度低于抗旱性弱的小麦品种。The effects of exogenous nitric oxide(NO) donor sodium nitroprusside(SNP) on the activities of anti-oxidative enzymes in wheat seedling leaves under drought stress were studied.The results indicated that low concentration of NO could significantly increase the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT),and alleviate lipid peroxidation in wheat seedling leaves under drought stress.Along with the increasing of the concentration of NO,its alleviation function on lipid peroxidation decreased gradually,and it even accelerated the rising of membrane permeability.So NO had dualistic regulatory effects on wheat seedling under drought stress.The suitable concentration of SNP for 'Luohan 6' was 0.1 mmol/L,and that for 'Zhengmai 9023' was 0.5 mmol/L,suggesting that the suitable concentration of SNP for wheat cultivars with strong drought resistance was lower than that for wheat cultivars with weak drought resistance under drought stress.
