摘　　要：路企直通运输是铁道部扩大再生产,挖潜提效的新举措。作者在文中分析了A矿实施路企直通运输的基本条件,通过货流组织、接发列车组织、列车技术作业、机车运用、运行图管理、调度统一指挥等运输环节的流程再造,以及合署办公机制、安全互保协议等管理体制的协调配合,提升了企业生产效率和铁路运输效率。Direct connection transportation is a new measure taken by the Ministry of Railways of China to extended the production and to improve the potential and efficiency.In this paper,the author analyzed the basic conditions implemented in direct connection transportation.The production efficiency and railway transportation efficiency were improved by re-engineering the processes in cargo flow organization,technological processes,locomotive operation,train diagram management as well as centralized the dispatching,working togather among different offices,and mutually guaranteed the safety.
