摘 要:采用单因素对比试验,研究了双季晚稻施用自制多功能微生物复合菌肥对土壤微生物含量、土壤酶含量和有效NPK含量及水稻稻谷产量的影响。结果表明:施用225 kg/hm2复合菌肥对水稻的增产效果不仅优于施用120 kg/hm2纯氮+120 kg/hm2氧化钾的增产效果,而且节约肥料成本870元/hm2。施用复合菌肥后,土壤中微生物优势菌群的数量大幅度增加,土壤酶活性增强,速效N、P、K的含量提高。Through single-factor comparative test,this paper studied the influence of applying self-made multi-functional compound bacterial fertilizer for double-cropping late rice on soil microorganism quantity,soil enzyme activity,soil available N,P,K content and rice yield.The results showed that the application of 225 kg/hm2 compound bacterial fertilizer not only had better yield-increasing effect than the application of 120 kg/hm2 pure nitrogen plus 120 kg/hm2 K2O,but also could save fertilizer cost by 870 yuan/hm2.After applying multi-functional compound bacterial fertilizer,the quantity of dominant microorganisms in the soil was increased significantly,the activity of soil enzymes was strengthened,and the content of available N,P,K content in the soil was increased.
