摘 要:利用蚯蚓消解新鲜牛粪,并对蚓粪与新鲜牛粪的理化性质进行对比研究。结果表明,新鲜牛粪经蚯蚓消解处理后,蚯蚓粪中的pH、有机质、全氮、全钾、Pb、Cd、Cr含量均降低,全磷含量、放线菌和真菌的数量均上升。速效氮和硝态氮含量占全氮含量的比例比新鲜牛粪的高,速效磷含量占全磷含量的比例比新鲜牛粪的低。蚯蚓粪中的脲酶活性显著低于新鲜牛粪的,磷酸酶、蔗糖酶的活性显著高于新鲜牛粪的。牛粪、蚯蚓粪中的细菌数量相当。In this study,earthworm was used to decompose the fresh cattle dung.The physical and chemical characters of wormcast and fresh cattle dung were compared.The results showed that the pH-value,organic matter,total nitrogen,total potassium,Pb,Cd and Cr content decreased,while total phosphors content and the number of actinomycete and fungi increased after the decomposition of fresh cattle dung.Higher ratio of available nitrogen and nitrate to total nitrogen was detected in the wormcast than in the fresh cattle dung,while lower ratio of available phosphors to total phosphors was found in the wormcast than in the fresh cattle dung.The urease activity in the wormcast was significantly lower than that in the fresh cattle dung.The activities of phosphatase and sucrase in the wormcast were significantly higher than those in the fresh cattle dung.There was no obvious difference in the number of bacteria between fresh cattle dung and wormcast.
