摘　　要：SAILOR中/高组合电台是全球海上遇险与安全系统(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)的重要设备。研制海上中/高频组合电台,可解决海上中/高频通信教学和训练中的难题。根据海上中/高频通信原理和通信程序,研制海上中/高频通信控件(ActiveX控件),仿真海上中/高频收发信机功能;使用UDP协议(User Datagram Protocol)广播电文;使用VB语言编制SAILOR中/高频组合电台控制单元模拟器、窄带直接印子电报(NBDP)终端模拟器、模拟海岸电台和模拟陆地电传用户,并采用后台支持、仿真数据库等网络仿真海上中/高频各类通信。该仿真系统可不设服务器,更能反映海上中/高频通信特性,并可方便组网训练,实用性强。The SAILOR medium/high frequency assembled station is importance equipment of the global maritime distress and safety system(GMDSS).The developed maritime medium/high frequency assembled station simulator resolves difficult problem of maritime medium/high frequency traffic teaching and training. According to maritime medium/high frequency traffic principium and traffic program,the developed maritime medium/high frequency traffic ActiveX control simulate maritime medium/high frequency transceiver function;Use user datagram protocol(UDP) to broadcast message;Progamed SAILOR medium/high frequency console unit simulator and NBDP simulator and coast station simulator and land telex consumer simulator by VB language;Adopted backgroun sustain and simulating database etc to simulate all kinds of maritime medium/high frequency traffic in computer network.The system has no server,so it has the characteristics of maritime medium/high frequency traffic and conveniences to setup network for training and has better practicability.
