摘　　要：本文设计了AIS接口和计算机接口之间的转换电路,在Windows操作系统下,基于VB及其MSCOMM控件、结合接口转换电路给出了实现信息解读的具体方案。This paper designs a interfaces' convert circuit of Automatic identity system (AIS) to computer,with VB programming language、MSCOMM component as well as the circuit,it provides a method to information reading in the windows system.
