摘　　要：在分析项目界面的性质和特征的基础上,本文从项目管理模式对项目界面影响的角度,探讨建设项目界面的成因与项目界面管理的意义;并以传统建设模式和工程总承包(设计/建造模式和EPC项目)为例,研究了如何利用项目采购方式,减少、控制和管理项目界面,以提高项目的潜在价值。Based on the properties and characteristics of project interface, and the influence of project management model on project interface, this paper discusses the sources of the interface and its management, studies how to reduce, control and manage the interfaces in order to increase project value by using of project procurement route, considering the both examples of the traditional construction model and engineering general contracting.
