摘  要:通过分析TSA46汽轮机油的生产工艺,从基础油自身抗乳化性、加氢油所占比例及罐内杂质等方面入手,考察对成品汽轮机油抗乳化性能的影响。由实验结果可知,在调配汽轮机油时应采取先进先出原则,选择抗乳化性能优越的基础油,并定期清理调合罐,均有利于改善成品油的抗乳化性能。基于实验结果,优化汽轮机油调合方案,指导工业化生产。According to the analysis on the TSA46 turbine oil′s production process,the effects of some factors on the demulsibility of turbine oil were investigated,including the self-demulsibility of base oil,the proportion of hydrogenation oil and the impurities in tank,etc.Results indicated that,in the process of blending turbine oil,following the FIFO(first in first out) principle,choosing the base oil with excellent demulsibility,and cleaning off blending tanks regularly,are propitious to improve the demulsibility of turbine oil.Based on the experimental results,the blending plan of turbine oil was optimized to provide reference for the industrial production.
