摘　　要：目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中RANKL、OPG、TRAIL蛋白的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法测定RANKL、OPG、TRAIL蛋白在50例骨肉瘤、20例骨软骨瘤中的表达。分析其在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤中表达差异及与骨肉瘤临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 OPG在骨肉瘤中的表达明显高于骨软骨瘤(P<0.01);TRAIL在骨肉瘤中的表达明显低于骨软骨瘤(P<0.01)。OPG、TRAIL的表达与Enneking临床分期有关(P<0.01)。结论 OPG、TRAIL是骨肉瘤发生、发展的标记之一。Objective To investigate the expressions of RANKL,OPG and TRAIL in osteosarcoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used to evaluate the expressions of RANKL,OPG and TRAIL in 50 osteosarcoma specimens and 20 osteo-chondroma specimens.Results The positive rate of OPG expression in osteosarcoma was higher than that in osteochondroma (P<0.01) .The positive rate of TRAIL expression in osteosarcoma was lower than that in osteochondroma (P<0.01) .The positive rates of OPG and TRAIL had close relationship with Enneking clinical staging (P<0.01) .Conclusion OPG and TRAIL might be the markers of occurrence and progress of osteosarcoma.
