摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者中的高尿酸血症与体质量指数、血压、血脂紊乱及肾功能的关系。方法对475例2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸及其他临床资料,根据血尿酸水平分为高尿酸水平组和正常尿酸水平组,进行比较。结果高尿酸血症的患病率16.4%,高尿酸血症男性患者更多。高尿酸组BMI更高;TG、CHOL、BUN、Cr、Log10(Alb)均高于尿酸正常组;而HDL-C低于尿酸正常组。血尿酸水平与BMI、BUN、TG、HDL-C、FPG密切相关。结论性别、年龄、BMI、踝肱指数(ABI)、HDL-C、BUN、FPG可能为高尿酸血症的独立危险因素。Objective To evaluate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) ,blood pressure,hyperlipemia,renal function and hyperuricemia in type two diabetes.Methods Serum uric acid and other clinical data were collected in 475 patients with type 2 diabetes.According to serum uric acid,the patients were divided into and normal uric acid group.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 16.4% in type 2 diabetes.In the high uric acid group with more males and fatter bodies (higher BMI) ,the patients possessed higher levels of triglycerides (TG) ,cholesterol,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) ,creatinine (Cr) and urine microscale albumin,and lower level of high-density lipoproteins cholesterol (HDL-C) .Conclusion Gender,age,BMI,ankle branchial index (ABI) ,HDL-C,BUN,etc may be independent predictor for hyperuricemia combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
