复方氢氧化钙糊剂在有窦型慢性根尖周炎根管消毒中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察复方氢氧化钙糊剂在有窦型慢性根尖周炎根管消毒中的疗效。方法将有窦型慢性根尖周炎患牙150颗随机分为A、B、C三组,A为复方氢氧化钙实验组,B为樟脑苯酚组,C为氢氧化钙盐水组,进行根管消毒暂封药7d后观察临床疗效。结果 A、B、C三组成功率分别为80%、48%、50%,AB组疗效比较(P<0.05);AC组疗效比较(P<0.05);BC组疗效比较(P>0.05)。结论复方氢氧化钙糊剂在有窦型慢性根尖周炎根管消毒中是较为理想的根管消毒方法。Objective To study the clinical effects of compound calcium hydroxide paste on root canal disinfection of fistula chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 150 teeth with fistula chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into three groups at random,i.e.Group A treate with compound calcium hydroxide paste,Group B with camphor phenol,and Group C with calcium hydroxide brine.Root canals were disinfected and dressed at interim after one week.Results Group A,B and C gained the 80% ,48% and 50% ,respectively.The success rate of Group A was significant higher than that of Group B (P<0.05) or that of Group C (P<0.05) .There was no significant difference between Group B and C (P>0.05) .Conclusion Compound calcium hydroxide paste is a better chemical agent for root canal disinfection in therapy of fistula chronic periapical periodontitis.
