摘　　要：目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合他扎罗汀凝胶外用治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性.方法 对50例中重度患者采用NB-UVB每周3次照射配合0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶每晚1次外用,共治疗8周,用PASI积分评价疗效.结果 治疗开始后1～2周出现疗效,随着治疗时间的延长,有效率逐渐提高,疗程结束时治愈率92%,有效率达100%,8例发生皮肤刺激反应,占16%.结论 NB-UVB照射联合他扎罗汀凝胶外用治疗寻常型银屑病具有良好疗效及安全性.Objective To observe the efficacy and the safety of NB-UVB phototherapy in combination with tazarotene gel in the treatment of moderate and serious psoriasis vulgaris.Methods NB-UVB phototherapy was used three times weekly for 8 weeks in combination with 0.05% tazarotene gel every night in the treatment of 50 patients with moderate and serious psoriasis vulgaris.The efficacy was assessed by the change of PASI score and the adverse events were recorded.Results The efficacy appeared 1-2 week(s) later after treatment and the lesions were improved with time.At the end point,all the patients showed marked improvement with a cure rate of 92%.Only eight patients(16%) suffered from skin irritation during the treatment.The irritation was described as bearable and did not interfere with the treatment.Conclusion It is demonstrated that NB-UVB in combination with tazarotene gel is effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
