摘  要:目的探讨1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗窒息新生儿心肌损害的疗效。方法将58例重度窒息者并发心肌损害新生儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组28例在常规治疗基础上加用FDP 250 mg/(kg.d)0.5 h内静脉滴注,1次/d,7 d为1个疗程。两组分别于生后第1,3,7天测定CRP,CK-MB,cTnT并于第1、7天行心电图检查。结果 治疗后治疗组异常心电图缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组血CRP,CK-MB及cTnT恢复与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着疗程的结束,治疗组CRP和cTnT基本恢复正常。结论外源性FDP能显著改善窒息新生儿心肌损害。Objective To explore the effects of fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP) therapy on myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 58 severe asphyxia neonates were divided into trial group(n=28) and control group(n=30).The neonates were treated with routine therapy.In addition,the neonates in the trial group were treated with FDP 250 mg/(kg-1·d-1) by intravenous drip once a day for 7 days.CRP,CK-MB and cTnT were measured on the 1st,3rd and 5th day,respectively;EKG was measured on the 1st and 7th day.Results After treatment,the abnormal EKG rate in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the changes in CRP,CK-MB and cTnT were significant in the trial group(P<0.05),and after treatment its CRP and cTnT levels almost returned to normal.Conclusion FDP is effective on neonates with anoxic myocardial injury.
