摘　　要：目的调查空军后勤系统重点岗位官兵的心理健康状况。方法采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16种个性因素问卷(16PF)对空军某后勤系统272名官兵进行测评。结果 空军后勤系统重点岗位官兵SCL-90总分与中国军人常模比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但人际关系敏感、焦虑和强迫症状均高于中国军人常模(P<0.01);场站地勤的心理健康状况好于其他后勤部门。结论空军后勤系统重点岗位官兵总体心理健康状况良好,应根据官兵心理症状进行相应心理干预。Objective To investigate the evaluation of psychological health of important faculties in logistic system of air force.Methods SCL-90 and 16PF were used to test 272 servicemen of a air force logistic system.Results Except total SCL-90 score(P>0.05),there existed significant increases in interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and obsessive-compulsive symptoms when compared with the norm of Chinese soldiers(P<0.01).Mental health was better in ground station servicemen than in others.Conclusion Generally,psychological health is good among the servicemen in important positions of air force logistic system.Psychological intervention should be based on psychological symptoms.
