大学生新兵个性特点与心理健康状况的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生新兵群体的个性特点与心理健康状况。方法对大学生新兵96人和普通新兵103人用《卡特尔16种个性因素测验(简称16PF)》、《症状自评量表(简称SCL-90)》、《简易应对方式问卷》进行调查检测。结果 (1)16PF测验结果:大学生新兵组聪慧性因子(B)得分高于普通新兵组,而实验性因子(Q1)得分低于普通新兵组(P<0.05)。(2)SCL-90测验结果比较,大学生新兵组与普通新兵组总均分和各因子得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但大学生新兵组各因子分及总均分都低于军人常模(P<0.01)。(3)应对方式比较中,大学生新兵组与普通新兵组积极应对无差异(P>0.05),消极应对差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与全国常模比较,积极应对得分高于全国常模,消极应对得分低于全国常模(P<0.01)。结论大学生新兵总体心理健康状况良好,在应激或挫折状态下,更善于采取积极主动的应对方式,而较少采取消极的应对方式。Objective To study the individual characteristics and the mental health status among university recruits so as to provide psychological support for the troops to better manage and stimulate their initiative.Methods A total of 96 university recruits(tertiary education or above) and 103 ordinary recruits(high school education or below) were enrolled in the study at random in Shenyang Command.What we used was three main kinds of psychological testing scale,i.e.Cartel 16 Personality factor Test(16PF),Symptom Checklist(SCL-90);'Simple Questionnaires' with part of the psychological questionnaires supplemented.Results(1)16PF test results compared,the score of the university recruits' intelligence factor(B) was higher than normal group of recruits while the score of the experimental factor(Q1)was lower.The difference between the two groups has statistical significance.(2)SCL-90 test results compared,the difference between the general average score and the factor scores of the two groups has no statistical significance,but the factor scores and the general average scores of the university recruits are lower than military norm.The difference is statistically significant.(3) As to the comparison of coping style,the positive response of the two groups is no difference while the negative response differences are statistically significant.Compared with the national norm,the scores of the positive response are higher than the national norm,but the negative ones are lower.The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The university recruits are quite knowledgeable groups who are good at thinking,and they social,also act more maturely.The overall mental health is in good condition.Under the stress or frustration,the university recruits tend to take proactive response and very few take negative response.
