摘  要:目的实验研究寒冷高湿环境下杂种犬肢体爆炸伤伤口细菌学变化,为战伤救治提供依据。方法建立寒冷高湿环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤模型,犬雷管炸伤肢体后,于伤后即刻、4、6、8、12、24、48、72、96 h取伤口深处组织行细菌培养,周围空气、物品表面、实验犬皮毛拭洗液采样细菌培养、定量检测,定性分析和药敏试验。结果寒冷高湿环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后,伤口组织培养有细菌生长,主要菌群为革兰阳性菌,菌群随时间延长移位、改变,伤口感染时间为伤后24 h。结论寒冷高湿环境下伤口感染时间为伤后24 h,研究结果为早期治疗提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the early infection characteristics of canine limbs following explosive injury in cold and humid environment,so as to provide basis for early treatment of combat wound.Methods The model of canine limbs exploded was established in cold and humid environment.Deep wounded soft tissue of was adopted immediately after explosion and at 4-,6-,8-,12-,24-,48-,72-,and 96-h,respectively.Deep wounded tissue,vein bleed,canine fur cleansing solution,air and surrounding item surface at explosion range were cultured,and the quantitative bacteria and drug susceptibility were analyzed.Results After canine limbs were exploded in the cold and humid environment,wound inflammatory change was significant at 24-hour.Tissue and vein bleed culture showed bacterial growth and wound infection.G+ bacteria were most of them,the flora changed following the time.Conclusion In cold environment with high humidity,the wounds are infected during a period of 24 hours,which provides a theoretical basis for treatment of war wound.
