摘　　要：目的了解中学生MP3/MP4使用及对听力影响的情况,探讨防治策略。方法用分层随机整群抽样法对西安市1 567名中学生行问卷调查,耳科查体及听力学检查,数据用SPSS15.0统计软件处理。结果 (1)MP3/MP4在中学生中的持有率达到85.2%。每天平均使用时间(1.41±1.11)h。(2)接触噪声组的纯音听阈与对照组相比明显升高(P<0.01),且随着MP3/MP4使用时间的延长,听力受损的检出率增高。(3)自觉症状检出率随着MP3/MP4使用时间的延长而增高。结论 MP3/MP4可以对中学生的听力造成危害,并可伴发神经衰弱综合征。Objective To investigate MP3 or MP4's harmful effects on hearing among middle school students and provide a basis for finding out effective preventive measures.Methods A cross-section study was used to investigate the threshold shift and hearing loss in 1,567 students from ten middle schools in the city of Xi'an.Questionnaire,ear physical examination and pure tone audiometric testing were carried out by the staff who had received special training.Results There were significant differences in hearing threshold among the groups who exposed to MP3 or MP4's continuous noises(P<0.01).Symptoms of neurasthenia caused by the use of MP3 or MP4 also had significant difference among the groups.A dose-response relationship was observed between threshold shift and the use of MP3 or MP4.Conclusion Long-time use of MP3 or MP4 among middle school students results in hearing damage and neurasthenia.
