摘　　要：结构与能动性的关系问题是社会学、人类学学科一直在探索和争论的主题之一,各学派对结构与能动性的关系优先问题持有不同的观点。太原市非物质文化遗产的保护和开发,充分体现了结构与能动性关系的问题,其总结的经验和做法,给人以启示,值得其他地区学习借鉴。The relationship between structure and activity is sociology,anthropology has been one of the themes to explore and debate,the school of the relationship between structure and activity has different views on priority issues.Taiyuan,the intangible cultural heritage protection and development,and fully reflects the relationship between structure and agency problems,lessons learned and practices,to give inspiration for other regions to learn from.
