摘 要:目的:探讨姜黄对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血脂及氧化应激水平的影响。方法:66只Wistar雄性大鼠,8只以普通饲料喂养,作为正常对照组(NOR组),52只用普通饲料喂养2 w,高糖高脂饲料喂养1 w,然后作糖耐量(OGTT)实验,筛选糖耐量异常者共46只,随机分为模型组(MOD组)12只、二甲双胍组(EJS组)12只、姜黄高剂量组(JHH组)11只及姜黄低剂量组(JHL组)11只。NOR组及MOD组大鼠灌服蒸馏水,每日灌胃1次,EJS组灌服二甲双胍混悬液;JHH组、JHL组分别灌服姜黄液,均连续给药6 w。6 w后,在麻醉下行腹主动脉取血,离心取血清,检测血糖、血脂、氧化应激水平。结果:与MOD组比较,JHH组血糖、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)水平均降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平升高。结论:姜黄可降低2型糖尿病模型大鼠血脂、血糖,增加SOD表达,降低MDA水平,可降低糖尿病炎症,保护或延缓糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展。Objective:To explore effect of curcuma on blood choleslerol and oxidative stress level on type 2 diabetes melitus model rats.Methods:8 rats with normal diet feeding were normal control group(NOR group).The model rats of type 2 diabetes melitus were induced by high-glucose and high-fat diet feeding for 1 w.The model of type 2 diabetes melitus rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:high-dose curcuma group(JHH group,n=11),low-dose curcuma group(JHL group,n=11),model group(MOD group,n=12)and metformin group(EJS group,n=12).The course of treatment lasted for 6 w,then blood glucose,cholesterol and oxidative stress level in serum were examined.Result:Compared with MOD group,the level of blood glucose,TC,TG,MDA in JHH group were significantly decreased,SOD was markedly increased.Conclusion:Curcuma can protect or delay the development of type 2 diabetes melitus by regulating the level of blood glucose,choleslerol and oxidative stress.
