摘　　要：当前我国城市地下空间开发利用如火如荼,但对城市地下空间权利人利益的保护却明显不足。因而有必要从城市地下空间权的基本理论出发,通过对国外相关问题的探讨,得出一些启发,为我国城市地下空间权利人利益的保护提供良好借鉴。Currently,the development and utilization of the urban underground space is swing,but the protection of the right holder's urban underground space interests is obviously insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the basic theory of the right of urban underground space and probe into the related abroad problem so as to draw some inspiration for providing good protection of the holder's urban underground space interests.
