气管插管术后口腔护理方法的改进

摘　　要：目的探寻经口气管插管病人口腔护理的理想方法。方法将纳入患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例,对照组30例。治疗组采用冲洗法,对照组采用改进后的方法,比较两种方法的临床疗效。结果治疗组口臭、霉菌、溃疡和牙菌斑的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改进后的口腔护理方法可明显降低经口气管插管患者口臭、口腔溃疡的发生率,达到有效的清洁效果。Objective To explore the orotracheal intubation ideal method for oral care of patients.Methods Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups included in the treatment group 32 cases,30 cases of the control group.Treatment group were washing method,the control group improved,to compare the clinical efficacy of two methods.Results The treatment group bad breath,mold,ulcers and plaque were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The improved method of oral care can reduce bad breath in patients with orotracheal intubation,the incidence of oral ulcers,to achieve effective cleaning effect.
