摘  要:悬索桥先导索架设在国、内外已有水上牵引架设、空中牵引架设和陆地人工拖拉等多种方法。矮寨大桥为一座主跨1176 m钢桁加劲梁单跨悬索桥,地处高山峡谷,桥下无通航条件,经对4种方案综合比选,采用遥控飞艇牵引法架设先导索。先导索架设采用茶洞岸放绳、吉首岸收绳的单循环方式,一级引绳由飞艇牵引到位,再通过3次转换对接和机械牵引,实现二~四级引绳的架设。实践表明,对跨越山区峡谷的悬索桥,遥控飞艇牵引法架设先导索是一种安全、经济、有效的方法。There have been several methods for erection of the pilot ropes of suspension bridges at home and abroad,such as those of hauling the ropes in water,hauling the ropes in air and manually pulling the ropes on land.The Aizhai Bridge is a single span stiffening steel truss girder suspension bridge with a main span1 176 m.The bridge is located over a valley in the mountainous region and there is no navigation condition beneath the bridge.Through comprehensive comparison and selection of the four kinds of schemes,it is determined that the pilot rope of the bridge is to be hauled and erected by the remote-controlled airboat and in a one-way circulation of reeling off the rope on the Chadong Bank and reeling in the rope on the Jishou Bank.The Stage 1 rope of the pilot rope is firstly hauled in place by the airboat.Afterwards,by means of connecting and transferring the rope for 3 times and the mechanical hauling,the erection of Stages 2~4 ropes is to be realized.Practice proves that for suspension bridges located over valleys in the mountainous region,the hauling and erection of the pilot ropes by the remote-controlled airboats is a method that is safe,cost-saving and effective.
