梅花针扣刺皮肤联合常规方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察梅花针扣刺皮肤联合常规方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者按随机表的方法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组常规治疗同时给予梅花针扣刺皮肤。观察两组总有效率、神经传导速度及血液流变学指标变化并进行比较。结果治疗组对糖尿病周围神经病变症状的改善,改善神经传导速度,降低全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度的效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梅花针扣刺皮肤联合常规方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较单纯常规治疗效果好,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Meihua needle.Methods 120 cases were involved in this trial and divided randomly into the treatment group of combined treatment of acupuncture with Meihua needle and the mecobalamin injection group.The clinical effects、nerve conduction velocities(NCV) and the changes of blood rheology indicators of the two groups were studied.Results The clinical effects in the treatment group has a much better curative rate(P < 0.05);improved nerve conduction velocities and the changes of blood rheology indicators also can be seen in the treatment group.There were statistical differences between the two groups on the clinical effect,NCV and blood rheology indicators.Conclusion Acupuncture with Meihua needle not only has a much better improvement on the clinical effects and blood rheology indicators,but also has a better improvement on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
