摘  要:目的分析新生儿脓毒症病原菌种类及其耐药情况,为指导临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法对2003~2009年峨眉山市人民医院和乐山市人民医院经血培养确诊为新生儿脓毒症的550例患儿血培养结果及药敏实验进行病原菌及耐药性分析。结果 550例标本血培养阳性82例,阳性率约为15%,其中葡萄球菌72株,表皮葡萄球菌为主要致病菌(占47.5%),其次为金黄色葡萄球菌(占20.7%)、溶血性葡萄球菌(占8.5%);药敏实验显示,对青霉素均耐药,对苯唑西林、红霉素耐药率70%以上,对万古霉素均敏感。结论葡萄球菌仍然是新生儿脓毒症的主要病原菌,表皮葡萄球菌的比例有增多的趋势,且呈多重耐药,应根据血培养及药敏实验合理选择抗生素进行治疗。Objective To investigate pathogenic bacteria and resistance to drug in neonatal sepsis to provide evidences for appropriate clinical administration of antibiotics.Methods A lab analysis was conducted for pathogenic bacteria and resistance to drugs of 82 cases neonatal sepsis during 2003~2009 in two hospitals.Results 72 strains of staphylococci were detected among 82 strains of bacteria,and staphylococci(47.5%) was the main pathogenic bacteria,and the other pathogenic bacteria included staphylococcus aureus(20.7%)and staphylococcus haemolyticus(8.5%),and all of them developed drug resistance against penicillin,vancomycin and over 70% of drug resistance rate against erythromycin.Conclusion The main pathogenic bacteria for neonatal sepsis is staphylococci,which develops a multidrug resistance,so proper antibiotics should be administered according to blood culture and susceptibility test.
