复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜震荡33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方樟柳碱注射液治疗视网膜震荡的临床效果。方法将64例(64眼)视网膜震荡患者采用简单随机化分组,通过掷硬币的方法分为治疗组(33例)与对照组(31例),治疗组33例33只眼用复方樟柳碱注射液2 m l在患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射;对照组31例31只眼患眼球旁注射妥拉苏林12.5 mg,两组均每日1次,14天为1个疗程,连续用药2疗程后观察视力、眼底、视野的变化。结果治疗组治愈26例,好转7例,治愈率达79%;对照组31例患者中治愈9例,好转17例,无效5例,治愈率29%,无效率16%。结论复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜震荡疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective Compound anisodine injection treatments of concussion retinal clinical effects.Methods 64 patients(64 eyes) with retinal concussion patients using a simple random allocation,the method by throwing coins into the treatment group(33 cases) and control group(31 cases),33 cases in treatment group and only eye ophthalmic compound anisodine injection 2ml the superficial temporoparietal artery by subcutaneous injection,Once per day,14D for treatment,Continuous administration 2 treatment.31 cases of control group 31 eye,LaSu completed by injection with eye,12.5 mg.Once per day,14D for treatment,Continuous administration 2 treatment.Observe visual acuity and fundus changes of vision.Results Observe the curative effect of group mainly for visual acuity,eye and index.Treatment group in 33 patients cured in 26 cases,7 cases,the cure rate was 79%,31 patients cured in 9 cases,17 cases were improved,invalid in 5 cases,cure 29%,inefficient 16%.Conclusion Compound anisodine retinal shock treatment effect,safe and reliable.
