摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的影像学表现。方法收集26例髓样脂肪瘤影像及临床、病理资料。结果超声显示强回声团。CT平扫示肾上腺区域低密度肿块26例,4例钙化,2例出血,10例增强扫描无明显强化。10例MRI显示T1WI、T2WI高信号,增强无明显强化。结论髓样脂肪瘤影像学检查较具特征性,CT检查是髓样脂肪瘤诊断的重要手段。Objective To study Imaging diagnosis of adrenal myelolopoma.Methods 26 cases of adrenal myelolopoma were examined by Ultrasonography,CT and MRI.Results Ultrasonography showed adrenal myelolipoma hyperecho.In CT scan 26 cases with low density mass,4 cases with calcification,2 cases with bleeding in the area of adrenal.There has 10 cases examinde by MRI showed high signal in T1WI、T2WI in the area of adrenal.Conclusion The Imageology manifestations of adrenal myelolipoma were charateristic features,but CT was important in the diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma.
