2型糖尿病者心率震荡与心脏自主神经病变的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者窦性心率震荡(HRT)与心脏自主神经病变的关系。方法选择单纯2型糖尿病者45例(A组);2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者51例(B组);对照组49例(C组)。分析比较3组间HRT、心率变异性(HRV)有关指标差异及变化情况。结果 B组较其他2组HRT明显减弱,HRV指标明显降低;A组较C组HRT明显减弱,HRV中的PNN50值明显降低;差异均有统计学意义。结论 HRT可作为评价2型糖尿病者自主神经病变的预测指标,其敏感性高于HRV。Objective To expose the relationship between heart rate turbulence(HRT) and cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in type 2diabetes mellitus patients. Methods The subjects included 45 patients with simplex type 2 diabetes mellitus(Group A),51 patients complicated with both type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary disease(Group B),and 49 normal controls(Group C).The diversification on HRT,HRV was compared among the three groups. Results There was an obvious weakening of HRT in Group B compared with the other two,and also the HRV level falled down evidently.Compared with Group C,the HRT level in Group A was low,and the value of PNN50 in HRV was decreased.The results had statistical significance. Conclusion Heart rate turbulence can be an efficient figure to predict the cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,and it is more sensitive than HRV.
