摘  要:为分析节理走向对全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)掘进速率的影响,基于南水北调西线工程中的围岩地质条件,采用三维离散元程序3DEC构建了TBM滚刀破岩三维仿真模型,分析了不同节理走向的TBM掘进速率的变化规律,并用最小二乘法拟合了TBM掘进速率与节理走向间的直线图。实例计算结果表明,TBM掘进速率与节理走向存在规律性变化,可为分析南水北调西线工程施工监测提供依据。In order to study the influence of joint strike on penetrating rate of tunnel boring machine(TBM),three-dimensional discrete element model 3DEC is used to build simulated models on rock fragment by TBM cutter based on geological conditions of west route of South-to-North Transfer Project.The change rule of TBM penetrating rate by different joint strike is analyzed.The alignment chart of relationship between TBM penetrating rate and joint strike is fitted by least square method.The results show that some rules are existed between TBM penetrating rate and joint strike.Thus,it provides basis for analysis of construction monitoring in west route of South-to-North Transfer Project.
