摘　　要：针对事故隐患,论述了事故隐患与危险源关系,指出了事故隐患形成原因,并提出了排查事故隐患与治理整改方案、防范及控制措施,以供水利水电工程安全管理借鉴。This paper elaborates the relationship between the accident threat and source of hazard,points out the reasons of accident threat and puts forward the investigation and rectification of accident threat and its prevention and control countermeasures in order to guide safety management and control in the water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
