重大水电建设项目区域经济影响评价原则与方法

摘　　要：对重大建设项目的区域经济影响进行评价,是政府的明确要求。结合对西南大型水电建设项目区域经济影响评价的实践,提出了水电项目区域经济影响评价的基本原则和主要内容,探讨了评价方法。以泸定水电站为例,验证了评价方法的可行性。The regional economy influence evaluation of major infrastructure project is explicitly required by the government in recent years.Based on the practices of regional economy influence evaluation for the large-scale hydropower project construction in Southwest China,four basic principles and five basic elements about regional economic influence evaluation of hydropower project are put forward,and the evaluation methods and model are also described.The evaluation practice for the construction of Luding Hydropower Station verifies the feasibility of the principles and methods.
