加快澜沧江西藏段水电开发的思考

摘　　要：澜沧江流域水能资源丰富,是国家实施西电东送战略重点开发的水电基地。澜沧江西藏段水电开发具有巨大的社会、经济和环境效益,应不断加深认识,加强开发时序的研究,在妥善处理生态保护和移民安置问题的基础上有序加快开发。The Lancang River basin is rich in hydropower resources and is a major hydropower development base for implementing the West-East Power Transmission Strategy.The hydropower development of Lancang River reach in Tibet has great political,economic,social and environmental benefits.The understanding on the development should be continuously deepened,the study on developing time and order should be strengthened,and the development should be orderly speeded up on the basis of properly dealing with the issues on ecological protection and resettlement.
