九甸峡水利枢纽工程总体布置设计

摘　　要：九甸峡水利枢纽工程是以城乡生活供水及工业供水、生态环境用水为主,兼有农业灌溉、发电、防洪、养殖等综合性能的大型水利枢纽工程。该工程主要建筑物包括混凝土面板堆石坝、左岸两条基本平行的表孔溢洪洞、右岸有压放空泄洪排沙洞、右岸引洮总干进水口、右岸引水发电系统及地面厂房等。工程总体布置较好地结合了工程区的水文、气象、地形地质条件,目前运行情况良好,各项指标均达到设计要求,满足整个工程的功能要求,达到了预期的目的。The major functions of Jiudianxia Water Project is supplying water to domestic,industrial and ecological consumptions,and at the same time,it also has roles on irrigation,power generation,flood control and aquaculture.The main structures of the project include the CFRD dam,the two left-bank free-flow spillway tunnel,the right-bank emptying and sediment flushing tunnel,the right-bank intake for Taohe Water Diversion Project,the right-bank power generating system and surface powerhouse.The general layout is suitable for the hydrological,meteorological,topographic and geological conditions of project area.The operation shows that the project meets the design and function requirements and the designs are reasonable.
