摘 要:为研究日照温差对明钢管支座横向反力的作用,在对有限元方法和结构力学方法进行比较的基础上,利用有限元软件建模,探讨了考虑支座摩擦因素情况下支座反力与钢管横向变位的分布规律,并重点研究了支座侧向挡板缝隙值对支座反力的影响。研究结果表明,受钢管两侧不均匀温差影响,钢管不仅在水平面内受弯,且在圆管截面内绕管轴线扭转,造成支座两侧受力分布不均;钢管与支座之间的摩擦力能显著减小钢管横向变位,其影响随温差的增加逐渐增大;在摩擦系数一定时,温差越大对支座处钢管横向变位的影响越大;侧向挡板缝隙的存在可以显著降低支座反力,同时也能减轻支座反力分布的不均衡程度。For studying the effects of sunshine temperature difference on lateral reaction of exposed penstock support,the distributions of support reaction and penstock lateral displacement after considering the support friction and the effects of the lateral damper gap on support reaction were analyzed by ANSYS.The results show that,the penstock bends in horizontal plane and twists around the axis in its cross section as the non-uniform temperature differences beside penstock and it causes the disproportionate stress at both sides of the support,friction between the penstock and the supports can obviously decrease lateral displacement and its influence grows with the increase of temperature differences,the greater temperature difference has more influence on the lateral displacement when the friction coefficient is constant,and the gap between supports and lateral dampers can significantly decrease support reaction and meanwhile reduce the disproportion of its distribution.
