摘  要:尝试使用完全信息动态博弈模型量化深基坑工程事故的赔偿事宜,结合工程实例确定模型中各个影响因素的作用,对均衡"受害人得到了赔偿"进行了合理的解释,并从理论上分析了出现"赔偿人逃避了赔偿"结果的可能性。针对双方难以就赔偿额度达成协议的现状,充分利用博弈模型的收集信息、实施决策、选择行动等特点,探讨调解由深基坑事故引发的纠纷的手段,并深入研究了维护社会公平原则、建立损害评价体系等现实问题。A dynamic game model with complete information is used to quantify accident compensation in deep foundation pit project.The impaction of each factor in model is determined by study on the project case.The equilibrium of victims received compensation is reasonably explained and the probability of causing compensators escaped from the compensation liability is theoretically analyzed.Considering the actualities that the agreement on compensation can not be easily reached between victims and compensators,this paper discusses how to mediate the disputes caused by the accidents of deep foundation pit and makes use of many advantages of the game model such as collecting information,making decisions and choosing actions.Finally,some practical issues are studied how to maintain the principle of social justice and establish damage assessment system.
