摘 要:介绍了粉末丁苯橡胶改性聚乙烯的动态硫化性能,采用开炼工艺和双螺杆工艺考察了不同m(PSBR)/m(PE)的动态硫化体系,并考察了硫化体系、软化剂组分、补强剂组分对改性后聚乙烯力学性能的影响.结果表明:m(PSBR)/m(PE)在60/40~40/60范围内为宜;通过采用双螺杆动态硫化工艺,采用半有效硫化体系可以制备出综合性能优异的TPO专用物料,其硫化体系组分以0.8份为宜,软化剂2~6份为宜,补强体系以白炭黑补强效果最佳,且6~15份为宜.The dynamic vulcanization properties of polyethylene(PE) modified by powder styrene-butadiene rubber(PSBR) were introduced in this paper.Then dynamic vulcanization system of diffe-rent PSBR/PE ratio was studied using open-refining process and twin-screw process,and the effect of the vulcanization system,the amount of softening agent and the type of reinforcing agent on the pro-perties of modified polyethylene was investigeted also.The results showed that ratio of PSBR/PE in the context of 60/40~ 40/60 is suitable,and TPO-specific materials of excellent comprehensive perfor-mance can be prepared by using twin-screw process and semi-efficient vulcanization system,furthermore the vulcanization system in the context of 0.8 is appropriate,when the softening agent in the context of 2~6 is suitable,and the best type of reinforcing agent is carbon-white when in the context of 6~15 is suitable.
