摘　　要：区域创新能力是衡量区域创新系统状况的重要尺度,是增强地区竞争力、促进经济发展的重要手段。运用SPSS统计软件中的因子分析方法,对2008年中国31个省市的区域创新能力进行了分析和比较发现,提升地区创新能力应加大科技投入,注重加强环境建设,从而促进地区经济又好又快发展。The regional innovation capability is an important measure of the status of the regional innovation system.It is an important means to enhance regional competitiveness,promote development.Based on 2008 data,using SPSS statistical software in the factor analysis method,the regional innovation capability are analyzed and compared in 31 provinces and cities.
