高校校园网络舆论的现状、影响因素及引导策略

摘　　要：目前,高校校园网络舆论已经成为做好新时期思想政治教育工作的重点。一方面,校园网络成为师生们相互学习和交流的平台,发挥了其应有的效用;另一方面,网络上的信息存在着受发布者的情绪影响、信息失真以及青年的非理性冲动等问题。对此应明确网络领导、网上监督、网下教育,加强网络道德教育,形成校园网络舆论导向机制,创新工作思路等引导策略。At present,the public opinion of the Internet on college campus has become the focus of our ideological and political education.For one thing,the Internet on the campus has become the area on which students communicate with each other and learn from each other.For another,there are some issues concerning the message on the Internet,the emotions of the message publisher,the distorted information and irrational impulse of the youth.Therefore,some measures have to be taken for Internet leadership,online supervision and offline education so as to strengthen the Internet moral education,thus forming a guidance mechanism for the public opinion on the campus Internet.
