利用三交群体对水稻S_5~i基因遗传效应的初步研究

摘　　要：利用近等基因系与巴利拉杂交,F1代再和南京11号测交,配制三交群体。考察三交群体中杂合体和纯合体单株的平均小穗育性,并据此估算S5i基因的遗传效应。结果表明,S5i基因有着与广亲和基因S5n相同的遗传效应,并且易受到遗传背景和外界环境的影响。The NILs were crossed with Ballila,and then the F1 was crossed with a testing variety N11 to give rise to the three-crossed population.The genetic effect of the allele S5i was estimated by comparing the difference of average spikelet fertility between homozygotes and heterozygotes in the three-crossed population.The results showed that the gene S5i had the same gene-tic-effect as Sn5 and could be easily influenced by the genetic-background and environment.
