摘  要:以秋菊早花品种唐宇金秋和晚花品种祥云为试材,研究了外施水杨酸(SA)后不同低温处理下植株叶片脯氨酸含量、净光合速率等生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:各温度处理下,SA处理组的菊花叶片脯氨酸含量、净光合速率、SOD活性和CAT活性均高于喷施蒸馏水的对照组,丙二醛含量则是对照组较高。祥云的各项指标均优于唐宇金秋,如在-4℃与-8℃下,祥云SA处理的脯氨酸含量分别比对照增加了96.8%和54.7%;-8℃时祥云SA处理的净光合速率为4℃的43.1%,唐宇金秋SA处理的净光合速率为4℃时的14.7%。外施1.0 mmol/L的SA能提高叶片脯氨酸含量和抗氧化酶活性,保持其光合作用能力,显著提高菊花的低温胁迫抗性。Autumn chrysanthemum early-flower cultivar Tangyujinqiu and late-flower cultivar Xiangyun were used in this experiment,some physiological and chemical indices such as Pro content and Pn of chrysanthemum leaves were studied under low temperature after SA pretreatment.These results showed that Pro content,Pn,SOD activity and CAT activity of leaf of two cultivars after SA pretreatment were higher than those of CK,but MDA content lower,these index in Xiangyun was prior to those in Tangyujinqiu;for example,Pro content in Xiangyun SA was 96.8% and 54.7% higher at-4℃ and-8℃ than that in Xiangyun CK respectively;Pn inXiangyun SA at-8℃ was 43.1% of that at 4℃,but Pn in Tangyujinqiu SA 14.7%.Exogenous 1.0mmol/L SA could make Pro content and antioxidase activity in leaves higher,furthermore,keep photosynthetic capacity to the certain extent,these might be beneficial to improve the resistance to low temperature stress in chrysanthemum.
