摘  要:作为公共建筑高能耗问题的解决方案,建筑能耗监测系统在线监测建筑能耗和动态分析建筑能效,为节能决策提供技术支持。针对能耗监测系统在不同建筑物间移植的需求,提出了开放的建筑能耗监测系统。比较了MES接口模块化前后信息系统和控制系统的通信方式,组建的硬件子系统包括多种服务器连接的信息中心层、控制级网络和设备级网络构成的建筑层和通信作用的MES接口层,实现了松耦合可配置的通信方式;研究了典型的建筑能耗对象,设计了B/S架构下具有监测点组态功能和能耗数据展示功能的软件子系统。系统应用于校园建筑能耗监测,软、硬件组态的方式提高了系统对不同建筑的可移植性和开放性。As one of the solutions to the problem on heavy consumption of public buildings,the monitoring system on building energy consumption has greatly support the policy making of energy saving through monitoring realtime consumption and dynamically analysing the efficiency of energy.To satisfy the need that the system can be applied in different buildings,this paper proposes an open monitoring system on building energy consumption. Through the comparison of the ways of communication before and after MES Interface module being applied,this paper designs the hardware subsystem with three layer structure:information layer with multi-tier servers,building layer with control-level and device-level networks and MES interface layer with communication function,achieving the communication between information layer and building layer with simple configuration in MES interface layer.Typical types of building energy consumption are analyzed.System configuration function and data presentation function are also added to the Browser/Server architecture software subsystem.The system has been carried out in the campus building.The flexibility of hardware subsystem and the configuration function of software subsystem proved the openness of the whole system.
