摘  要:目的观察葛根甘草复合制剂对酒精性肝损伤的预防作用。方法采用酒精灌胃制备酒精性肝损伤大鼠模型。SD雄性大鼠60只,随机分为6组,分别为肝损伤模型对照组、空白对照组、阳性对照组及复合制剂的低、中、高3个剂量组。各剂量组每天经口灌胃给予复合制剂,空白对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水,阳性对照组给予海王牌金樽片。于实验的第30天各组大鼠一次性经口给予50%乙醇12mL/kg BW(空白对照组动物给蒸馏水),禁食16h处死动物,剖腹取肝,制备肝匀浆。测定肝组织中的丙二醛(MDA)、谷光甘肽(GSH)和甘油三酯(TG)含量并进行病理组织学检查。结果与模型对照组比较,复合制剂5.0mL/kg、15.0mL/kg剂量组能明显降低酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织中MDA含量,复合制剂15.0mL/kg剂量组能明显降低肝损伤大鼠肝组织中的TG含量、升高GSH含量,并能改善肝细胞脂肪变性。结论葛根甘草复合制剂对大鼠酒精性肝损伤有预防作用。Objective To investigate the preventive effects of the compound of Puerariae radix and Glycyrrhiza on Alcoholic Liver Injury.Methods Alcoholic hepatic injury rat models were set up by injected with alcohol.60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: model group,normal group,positive control group,and low,middle,high-dose group.The compound was given by gavage once per day in the dose groups,distilled water was given in both normal and model groups,Haiwang tablet was given in the positive control group.After 30 days,the rats were given 50% ethanol(12mL/kg BW),while the normal group distilled water.Then after fasting for 16 hours,the rats were sacrificed,taking off the liver into liver homogenate.The content of MDA,GSH and TG were determined and surgical-pathological examination was taken.Results Compared to model group,MDA was significantly decreased in dose groups of 5.0mL/kg and 15.0mL/kg.There were significant decrease in TG,and significant increase in MDA on the dosage of 15.0mL/kg,and the degree of hepatic steatosis was decreased.Conclusion The Compound of Puerariae radix and glycyrrhiza has preventive effect on alcoholic liver injury.
