摘　　要：选择我省经济发展水平较高、中等和欠发达地区的5个县(市、区),分别从社会经济发展基本情况、财政补助与新农合筹资水平、新农合门诊与住院医药费用补偿水平等,进行了调查和分析,并与全省平均水平比较。提出进一步完善全社会医疗保障体系、加大向经济欠发达地区的倾斜政策和资金转移支付力度等思考。The article chooses 5 counties of Zhejiang Province with different economic level and researches and analyzes their social and economic development,grant from the state,fundraising and reimbursement level of New Rural CMC respectively,with the corresponding average levels of Zhejiang Province as contrast.Then,to perfect the national medical care system,to strengthen the financial incline policy to the undeveloped areas and to reinforce the undeveloped areas with transfer payment system further are posed.
