兰州市居民健康生活方式的现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市居民健康生活方式的现状,即目前居民在合理膳食、规律锻炼、不良嗜好及心理平衡等方面的基本知识、态度和行为,为有效地开展居民健康生活方式宣传教育工作提供科学依据。方法围绕甘肃省"全民健康生活方式行动"启动仪式,采用问卷调查方式,分别对参加启动仪式的现场观摩群众和媒体记者进行问卷调查;调查问卷核对无误后编码录入SPSS16.0软件,并采用SPSS、Excel软件进行统计分析。结果本调查结果显示,兰州市居民对健康生活方式的基本知识知晓情况较为理想,大多数人虽然已经认识到健康的生活方式能够预防疾病的发生,不健康的生活方式与很多慢性病的发生密切相关,但在现实生活中能够真正做到健康生活方式的人比较少;同时本次调查也发现,大多数人出于健康原因,会在今后的生活中主动争取做到健康的生活方式。结论本次调查在一定程度上反映了兰州市居民健康生活方式的基本情况,为今后开展全民健康教育及健康促进工作提供了一定的依据,积累了宝贵的经验。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation on the healthy lifestyle of the residents in Lanzhou.METHODS Based on the launching ceremony of the public’s healthy lifestyle movement in Gansu Province,using the questionnaire to investigate the public crowds and the journalists at the scene of the launching ceremony.All the date were checked and input in the SPSS 16.0,then analyzed by SPSS、 Excel software.RESULTS The awareness of knowledge on the healthy lifestyle of residents in Lanzhou City is good.A lot of people have realized that healthy lifestyle can guard against chronic disease,but very few people can do that.Most of the people express that they’ll try their best to do a health lifestyle because of health in the future.CONCLUSIONS To a certain extent,this investigation reflects basic situation on the healthy lifestyle of residents in Lanzhou,and provide reference for healthy education and healthy promotion in the future.
