社区护理干预对出院后慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究社区护理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的社区康复的影响.[方法]随机选取200例经住院治疗痊愈出院的康复期患者,随机分成2个组,干预组100例给予为期1年的社区护理干预和随访,对照组100例未给予干预.[结果]干预组患者的精神症状明显好转,社会功能明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义.[结论]社区护理干预对出院后慢性精神分裂症患者社区康复、预防复发、减轻精神症状及恢复社会功能均有积极的意义.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of community nursing intervention on recovery of discharged patients with chronic schizophrenia.METHODSA total of 200 of discharged patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The 100 patients in experimental group were received by the community nursing intervention and followed up for one year,and in verse,the others in control group had no intervention.RESULTSThe psychiatric symptom and social communication of patients with chronic schizophrenia were obviously improved after the intervention,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups.CONCLUSIONCommunity nursing intervention has positive effects on psychiatric recovery,psychotic palindromia,abatement of psychiatric symptom and recovery of social function of the patients with chronic schizophrenia.
