摘 要:根据年龄、胎次、泌乳时间和产奶量选择24头泌乳奶牛,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。对照组饲喂奶牛场配制的全混合饲料,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组每头奶牛日粮中分别添加40 g/d和80 g/d植物甾醇,研究植物甾醇对奶牛生产性能的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组奶牛的产奶量分别提高了2.07 kg/d(5.64%,P<0.05)和1.74 kg/d(4.75%,P<0.05);试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组奶牛乳脂率分别提高了8.22%(P<0.01)和2.97%(P>0.05);乳蛋白率分别提高了2.45%(P<0.05)和1.05%(P>0.05);非脂固形物分别提高了1.29%(P<0.05)和0.23%(P>0.05),体细胞数分别下降了37.31%和19.34%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);牛奶中乳尿素氮含量分别降低了5.29%(P<0.05)和7.58%(P<0.01)。结果表明泌乳前期奶牛补饲一定量的植物甾醇能够提高产奶量和改善乳成分。In order to study the effect of the mixture of Phytosterols and XOS on production performance in dairy cows, 24 cows were selected and divided into 3 groups:control, treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups according to age, lactation and milk yield. The control group fed TMR and the treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were supplemented 40 and 80 (g/d/cow) the mixture of Phytosterols and Xylo-oligosaccharide ( kangnaibao^(TM)), respectively. The results showed that milk yield was improved 2. 07 kg/d (5.64%, P<0. 05) and 1.74 kg/d (4. 75%, P< 0. 05 ), the rate of milk fat improved 8.22% (P<0. 01 ) and 2. 97%, respectively in the treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ compared with control. In addition, the rate of milk protein was improved 2.45% (P<0. 05) and 1.05% (P>0. 05) and SNF improved 1.29% (P<0. 05) and 0. 23%, respectively in each treatment group. Furthermore, somatic cell counts (SCC) were decreased by 37.31% and 19.34%, and milk urea nitrogen level decreased 5.29% (P<0. 05) and 7.58% (P<0. 01 ), respectively in treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Our results suggested that supplementing the mixture of Phytosterols and XOS could improve the tendency of milk yield and composition in dairy, cow.
